folder for skin files

i downloaded a skin PNG file for the first time, and i wanted to try it out but the file won't show up when i click import
which folder should i put the file in?
i'm only mediocre with computers, so i couldn't find any of the files listed in the import stuff on my computer (´･ω･`)
plz explain in detail, because i'll get lost

fyi its a windows 7

ummm, shouldnt it be in your download folder?

the one i downleadid is in the download folder, but i can't find the download folder in the IMPORT SKIN FILE list.
when i search download or the file name, it just says file not found

i think this question can be worded better
what's the name of the folder containing everything related to cosmicbreak?

Glad you got it.
But if anyone wants to ask again, put it in the drive where you INSTALLED CosmicBreak (root drive).

I just made a separate folder in the same place my CB folder is where I save all skins. :3
