Converting PS files into CS files

Can't load PS files as normal CS files, it simply won't appear when you open the file folder using CB editing tool.
How to open/convert it?

.ps is for hd part only

for load it you need to go in edit polygon mode it will have option to select(forgot what it say, cant login but what i remember it different from .cs file @.@)

You have to switch to the head, then at the top press polygon edit then import parts.
