Rip the arms off.
Have fun with M sized Alba-comparable missiles with low ammo on any ART with arms.

Spoiler:

It could probably be better but yeah

Prioritize fly and tech.
Tech moreso than anything.

Does he even have that?

Well, you probably can go mostly UC parts, the problem is the weapon.

Maybe Bazooka will do? You can get 1/2/3s with UC, I guess it's one of your best options.

Tried an UC only parts build and...
Damn, zooka has such low ammo.
Anyway.

Spoiler:

Honestly, I'd rather get something else other than the EIW, since EIW only gives force.

If you really want EIW, I dunno, take out Stun Regain and Quick land? If you take those 2 out, you will have the capa to pick EIW without changing the build. I'd keep Broad Radar and Short boost because that way I can see all the enemies and I can take off faster.

General thoughts on BP. As a core. Since you don't need her to use her AMs and they aren't something I've played around with enough to give advice on.

It has its conveniences and is more potent in anti-air than the original - the spread makes it easier for a first hit on a fast flying target, while the concentrated fire makes it that much more potent to continue firing once you've got a hit. However, ground homing makes it so that it's hard to hit with more than half the missiles on grounded targets (and all the blindspot did was reshape itself), and the spread makes it difficult to use around obstacles. Basically, it makes BP that much more specialized in being anti-air than the original model.

The core should not be your primary weapon. You should consider it a secondary weapon for when the opportunity arises (much like how a Victory 1 with a Linear Cannon focuses on using the Linear Cannon until an enemy is in threat range of the core weapon). You use it when you have a good opportunity to shoot down an air, but otherwise stick to some other weapon.

In that respect, weapon choice is similar to many other single-weapon M-Art builds - you just have another weapon for a specific situation. So you want to pick weapons where your missiles will complement the weapon. Middle Bazooka and Slice Gun are the common fancy options if you have those. I recommend the early blurb from Relict over here just for basics of weapon options. There are UC options as well, like the Bazooka mentioned above, if you have none of these options. I suggest against the homing options since those overlap with your core and make you helpless against Seraphs. Pump Bazooka is also not recommended as with 3 base STR and only 470 carted-capa-base, you do not have a lot of room to fit mobility and carts along with the needed STR.

While she has higher WLK, FLY tends to be a more useful build direction than WLK for her. FLY still benefits Short Boost (just on a different axis), and also it gives you a very good moving option right after Short Boosting (namely, for retreating). Get a comfortable FLY speed for your purposes, then focus on building TEC.

It's suggested that if you don't carry a shield, carry a Handy Magnum (or I guess nothing, I have seen functional empty-hand builds). A subweapon like a Cheer Pom or Dancing Maraca will get between the E switch order for core missile -> HD missile.

On carts. Not going to cover the obvious ones like the guards or short boost/boost run/sway or absorb bump/moving burst.

EIW is not recommended. With good TEC, the missiles already have enough force to accomplish their anti-air job - the 60 cost and cart space used to bolster them is capa and carts you can't use to handle the much-more-prevalent everything-else-on-the-map-than-easy-air-prey. Even the benefits in that narrow focus just isn't quite worth that hefty cost.

Sniper Sight is only needed if you have a long range main weapon that you worry about. Your core missiles only trigger a warning when they're already in flight. In other words, "too late". Even then, you can probably pick a better cart.

Broad Radar is pretty handy since as a dual-weapon specialist, you are served extremely well to know where AIRs are approaching from and consequently when you should be focusing on ground targets with your main weapon. Also helps to know when your position is threatened or not since firing at said AIRs makes you pretty vulnerable. Consider it but it can be disposed of as a luxury if you feel that you can do without it.

Yep. I was the one who submitted the data for it ;_;

Felt bad even playing her to just get her to level 2.

Junked that shit right afterwards.
