some of them not relate to Cosmic Break but i'll draw them if i got time.
my school gonna open when 25 October (GMT+7) so i'll got bombard with heavy homework soon
the most bad thing is i can't play CB T-T

i see a lot of sketches good ones to btw can you give me a hint how to draft in Comp?? i cause i cant really do that ^^ i mostly do drafts by hand

i use Digital Pen and Sai Paint tool, the feeling is different from using pencil.
if you want to line-art or draft in com with mouse you should use Pen and Path tool in Photoshop.
sadly i don't know how to use it at all and i don't really understand how it work.

anyway in Xeno thread he teach about basic of using Pen / Path tool, you should check his topic or contact him.

I don't think he has to censor anything.

As long as you don't draw nipples or details where genitals would be or genitals in general, it's fine.

He could indeed put underwear though, that is a viable option. He could also go for convenient censoring, such as mist, obstruction due to objects/animals, etc.

But, he does not have to, and generally what he as drawn thus far does not really push the provocative line enough to really require censoring.

Nudity is all right as long as it is tasteful. By that, it means nudity without sexual undertone or themes. Be it drawn or captured by photo. That is the line between art and pornography.


The way he has drawn the one girl, she's crying, and seems rather lost. The underlying emotion is likely that the ID tags she holds in her hand implies a troubled life of hers, or she is mourning a loss of the person the tags belong to. We don't know though, so with no details to ascertain a reason, we just assume what we should at first; it's an attempt of an aspiring artist to become better at drawing female characters.





When you learn drawing from art teachers, everything starts off as stick figure mannequins, then you start building the body off the skeleton, leaving you with essentially a naked body with no gender outside of breasts if drawing a female, and then you draw the clothing over the body. Thus you make sure your skeleton and body sketches are sketched light enough so you can see them and yet still erase them as needed so you won't notice the skeletal and body lines under the lines for clothing.

But, not everyone follows that, and some are gifted with the ability of hand-eye coordination enough to go without putting down the base-work for their drawings, or they've done enough sketches with the skeletal to body that they naturally can skip the skeletal if not the body drawing entirely and jump quicker to the final drawing they had initially.



He's doing pretty good. He could work on his shading/pencil strength a little though. I feel that he's a little too strong in the pressure of his drawings in some places. It's something I was terrible with myself when I started out drawing, before I eventually lost my spark of interest for drawing and took a break, and have since yet to go back to drawing. I'm sure I'll be back to that same issue if I start again. XD

If using wood pencils, be sure to be aware of the broadness of the tip of the lead/carbon you draw with. Also, try experimenting with mechanical pencils, and different types of pencils. Markers are usually last for finalizing a drawing so it does not smear, which can be a problem when you are drawing on ruled papers, which are not always too great at preventing smearing. When you put too much of the lead/carbon on lines, that's usually what I find causes smearing a lot more. The paper can't really absorb it into it's groves as well as papers meant for sketching.
