Yes, but they're still pretty much in place. I mean really drifting, as in: the "plates" got even smaller, allowing them to move even more; even collide even more. Imagine the "plates" under Japan floatin apart, and one of them suddenly appearing where the UK used to be. Oh, and I'd prevent your cries. Or wear a rubber suit.
