CBen Down

As I'm pretty sure you all know, CBen has been buggy then completely down after a while. Anyone's opinions on the bugs and the lack of GM response?

What are they doing anyways?
Maybe just ogling the new ninja picture and drawing pornography of it because they need to get some amount of rule 34 out there

EDIT: Oh wait, my bad, i forgot to add that because of the impossibility of actually getting in now, there goes the elements.

CS just posted on their Cosmic Break Facebook and Twitter accts...work on fixing the issue seems to be underway.... <_<

Wrong, JP also had problem with this update. The difference is, they got quick unscheduled maintenance while nothing has been done for EN yet.
Then again, the problem JP had was different then EN(I think JP had a problem with their client shutting down on its own), so that could be the factor too.

I've been playing JP for about year and have never experienced any client closing issues.
I don't know, according to diary and stuff posted in sns, it seemed like lot of people were having this issue after 8/9 update.

Thanks to everyone for their patience!

The game servers are now back online and fully functional.

We have determined that the server had detected an error that could have caused damage to user data. A fail-safe worked as planned and shut down the login server to prevent any possible damage until our server administrators could investigate the issue.

Please be assured that your game data has been safely stored and has not been damaged in any way.

We have planned the following as compensation for the extended server downtime:
10 Lotto Cubes
1 All x 3 Alpha
24-hour bonus global multiplier(x1.5 on Drops, UC, and experience!)

The compensation items will be sent and multipliers will be turned on at midnight(00:00) Server Time.

We will address the "Summer Point Rally" Login Campaign and take appropriate actions towards modifying the campaign for those who were not able to receive their charm due to the server problem soon!

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank everyone for their support and patience!

Well, I'd like to think that's pretty darn good compensation!

Automatic Update program accidentally made all RT transactions give 10x the amount of RT that's suppose to be obtained, making CS apologize to the people who didn't charge and they make all RT content 10% of original cost to compensate.
Doubtful.

But remember, the more CS screws up in terms of technical stuff, the more we win. They just gave up 10 lotto cubes for them fucking up.
