There is no place to report, in fact, there's no place for you. Give up the charade now samuelfool, nobody wants to see your incessant whining presented with kindergarten level English. If you can't even speak English go bug some other language about it. This "madness" you speak of is insignificant, it is you who is causing madness with your unwanted nagging over things we already know.

It's ironic, too -- You are baffled by how players can actually trust scammers, yet you're gullible enough to believe this "scammer" has recently made 193 accounts.

i know i not good in english, but i have my right to say what need to say right now.

do i must english man to do this? of course not.

this is international and i'm witness and i can't just stand do nothing.

you should be understand in this game a lot players from philiphine, mexican and others.

I don't think you understand -- It's not so much about how you can't speak the required language sufficiently, it's that nobody actually wants someone here to nag us about account scammers. Account scamming is a non-issue that does not need to be dealt with whatsoever -- The only people who lose their accounts are the ones gullible enough to be scammed. We don't need you, the game doesn't need you, scammers don't need you, scam victims don't need you, CS doesn't need you.
