Maybe they'll get the guy who voices Gordan from half life to voice link
Gordon actually has had several voice files in most of the Half Life games.

dbzfan, please, for the love of god, quit it with the waifu shit.
It's okay if you mention it every so often, but for the love of god, please stop shoving it down our throats.
We understand you really like Lily. But it's fucking annoying to see you mention it every single fucking post. Please stop. Jesus christ.

Watch as even though it could be a really subpar anime, waifufags will still like it for "Omg Zelda <3" and etc.
I just hope, dearly DEARLY hope, they don't screw it.
I am really REALLY looking foward for a proper LoZ anime ever since i saw the rich world of anime and wished they could do something out of the sad cartoons already avainable from the franchise -.-'
If it turns out great, i'll buy the DVD collection. IF not, i'll cry a river...
i ended up writing a rant about how the failiure of series that zelda is, compared to Seiken Densetsu and propably others, too, is hyped till today for no reason but that was way to offtopic
so instead i will just ask: does the zelda series even have a static storyline that allows an anime that actually fits into that universe? dont get me wrong here people, i didnt play every zelda that was out there (simply for the reason that since 1991 there ALLWAYS where better games around.) so i dont actually know the story of the zelda universe but ... just how often did kill link that ganon dude allready ? i mean seriously, even they got some major reason why the fuck he is always back, wouldnt you assume that he at least has enough brain to wait for link to die of old age or something when he clearly has no chance versus his overpowered green clothed enemy (which is proven by how many death?)
so yeah, yay zelda anime - clearly something to anticipate even though it will propably be just second rate like the whole franchise :< (at least in >my< opinion)

AFAIK the Story of Zelda spreads through many centuries. Link and Princess Zelda are actually several incarnations of the same souls ö.ö
The only time the stories of two Zelda games were connected (at least the only time I know of) were the two games fr nintendo 64 (after Lik defeated Ganon, Zelda warps him back in time and the boy-form Link leaves Hyrule and meets the Horror Kid).
Oh well, its a Nintendo made storyline, so you really can't expect anything of it. Nintendo's stories always fail har D=

The Link in A Link to the Past, Link's Awakening, and the "Oracle" games are all the same... Therefore linked. bad pun http://www.zeldawiki.org/Oracle_Series#Timeline_Placement
Quote :
As confirmed in Hyrule Historia, the Oracle series are a sequel to A Link to the Past and a prequel to Link's Awakening, all of which feature the same Link, under the "Downfall" timeline split, where Ganon defeated the Hero of Time in Ocarina of Time.
There's also an official timeline now, thanks to the Hyrule Histora. ._.
Big image. Really.:
But I understand what you mean. OOT and MM were the only two games that really felt like they had a real connection, like sequels or something. But the fact that it's just a re-creation of Link/Zelda over time magically "links" all of the stories... so whatever.
