i doubt youd find all that many "original" things that are released 2005 or later (and propably alot earlier than that)
i mean, most stuff was allready there in one form or another, thats pretty normal.

Rather than an unoriginal concept, both begin existing in year 2002. So calling it unoriginal is a bit unfair.

Although the anime IS rushed, probably because they plan to do it until after ALO.



Also, SAO is about people dying when they die, and not falling into a coma after being killed by a virus-like enemy.

( I know for a fact not everyone who dies enter a coma. Only when they get killed by something called AIDA or w/e.)

While in SAO... after SAO arc. Its more about VRMMO crimes.

The author of this wrote a really shit lemon for SAO that I would've been better off not reading.

Also the romance is pretty terrible at first.

Other than that, though, this is pretty nice.
