...that they're seriously considering closing down WIZ entries for OBT 3. He said this when given a range of options about WIZ overpopulation.

I doubt he would follow those words verbatim; a hard block on union sign-ups is just bad-mannered. That said, they definitely need to implement some sort of soft limitation to strongly encourage people to go to DOS and BRD.

They could make a way for existing WIZ members to leave but not the other way around (ie. people in BRD and DOS cant move to WIZ).

Something along these lines, although the exact amount should probably flex based on how poorly the unions are doing. Also, it wouldn't hurt to have multipliers on their UC as well.

If we hard block WIZ, we might get another union superpower. Imagine BRD with the same population of WIZ. It'd be a forest o' Ivis.

As WIZ is for Wisdom.. DOM is for the OTHER half... mainly becaues WIZ => Wis. so DOM => dom. WIZ + DOM => Wisdom. Does that make sense?
