Bikini Lily Rain

At first I didn't think much of her, and doubted she'd be any fun to play. By playing mission, I came to think that she's not as bad as ppl make her to be. So I came up with this:

It's a decent weapon that doesn't give stat penalties

I made a build that had 40 tec 34 fly and 1str, but I forgot saving it. And it's not like low str will lower the performance of pump baz significantly.

It's a decent weapon that doesn't give stat penalties

It's a lot different between 0 str and 1 str, same as wonder bit's case.

I was matching Valk's usage of it, but realistically all fly-based anythings benefit majorly from it, and it should practically be mandatory on fly-based art/sup unless you barely move at all or are using railguns (I'd still recommend it with railgunners if possible).
