What stats are best for Regina Winberrl??

I am ready to start tuning but I am not sure what she needs. I was thinking Tec,walk and Tgh. Mainly Tgh so she takes less damage. My reasons for the 3 stats are:

Tec=more ranged damage(least important)
Walk= Hopping and fast land movment
Tgh=less stun chance from melees and damage recived(Most important)

I did not include hp because it is 380( I think thats enough right?)

The weapons I use are the electron gun(added stun chance) and handy zooka(it goes boom). Basically, should I stick with my Tec, walk and tgh or go for something different. I use a healing bit along with her aoe heal for max heals. I play defensively under the ps and alpha strike anyone who gets too close. That about sums it up, anymore ideas?

35 wlk or 38 fly+accele roll

Use remaining capa for HP, unless you don't want to use your bit much and fight a lot, in which case go for tec.

So its:

be evasive and healthy

or

shoot people to death
