It's Gradd

Ehh? Gradd Chainsaw is tec-based? The damage shows up on the tec table for the cosmic calc. A verification on that would be nice. I'm under the impression the chainsaw is str-based.

is it truly necessary to keep adding clone accessories/handhelds?
imo it just adds unneeded clutter.

Well, because the jp calc added them, I'd like to keep up with their part sets as well.

Makes it a lot less of a hassle to hit Organize/Sort by the stats you want compared to typing in the name of your accesory.

i'm talking about clutter.

The following subweapons are, as far as stats goes, exactly the same:

Cheer pompom
Throwing pepen
throwing cat
throwing panda
Fireflower
candy cane R

you can argue that there are certain differences to the uses of these items, but as far as calcing builds go, there's actually 0 use to have them all in the calc as it just extends the list without adding to it.

It lets you know which alternatives exist to the options you have.

Easiest way to find out about certain statted accessories.

that really only matters for uc options. Things like charge items don't really need to be added unless they are actually unique.

it's a moot point though since it's just a copy of the jpcalc.

So what DOES it upgrades then?

Ammo and Range for sure, and I think force as well. With 2x EIW carts I was rolling 100 ammo and about 250 range, which I estimated based off the fact that it would lock on slightly before the 240 range main weap. Force is also bumped to about 18, but I didn't really test that thoroughly. I just tried it on the bots in the Training Area and was getting 19dmg per needle at 15 tec.
