Okay I know this isn't much, but I made this skin edit for my favorite Chibi bot, and my best Chibi I have. Haruka-Chan
This edit is only for her HD part (head)
Basically it makes her mouth look like a cute Cat-like mouth that looks like :3. If you've ever seen characters such as Konata Izumi in Lucky Star, Chen Yakumo in Touhou, or NOVA in Kirby Super Star, You might be familiar with this look.
Another feature. I edited it so that it stays the same when she blinks. That way it looks more normal. Please don't mind the fact that her lips are blue now. Its just that the Eyedropper and paintcan tools wouldn't let me select black for some reason, so I had to change it to the closest color available.
