Qs about Brigand Baron

Well I just got both silver balls in the new gara and when I looked at Brigand Baron, his 30 TGH really is something for me
I'm planning on tuning him for 40 TGH and STR, using a Red Squealer AM for chasing. Is that a good idea in the current meta?
Should I replace his axe with something else and/or replace any of his parts?
Oh and how does his BD do compared to Daedalian with my said build?

Oh, his axe actually seems pretty nice even though I haven't used it in arena yet.


EDIT: His axe won't send 3 splashes (Like slash blade) If your robot is too close to the ground (If it has short legs)
The 3 slashes will simply "explode" right in front of you
