| the speed stat of MELEE weps are the ATTK SPEED of the wep, unlike in terms of ANGED weps, it would be projectile velocity.
grappler tunes excel on stuffs that hit just once or twice for huge loads of dmg, like pilebunkers or jet hammers, i'd say.

| Imagine the attack speed as the time between when you click and the attack phsyically connects. It's better suited to low-speed weapons already, since the decrease is percentage based, it won't drop it by much.
Example: A 10 speed weapon (this is an exaggeration) with a 10%- speed decrease would only lower down to 9 speed, while a melee weapon with 100 speed with a 10%- speed decrease would lower down to 90, a decrease of 10 points compared to the 1 point.
tl;dr it's more noticable on fast weapons

| I remember someone said it's the traveling speed of ur attack within the range, which is more noticeable on punch wp, also explains why HGr/GGr tuning on bunkers is bad. | |

| It slows down how quickly you swing, and how far you move as a result of that.
Do not use on combo-based or travel-based melee.
