Ok... Now we must decide how we are going to create this radio system... I don't want to spend money on this... We record and put a downloaded file, or do you understand anything about these stream stuff?

Organisation is essential for such a complicated task. I shall assume that we are going to be streaming instead of simply recording and compiling all the files together as it's more convenient. First, we must decide on whether we are going to host a single session or to host multiple sessions in order for people in different timezones to participate. Second, we are going to need to decide on a single time slot in which we start recording/streaming. Third, we must confirm the participants and preferably the topic for the week/month. If all goes well, we would be on air before we even know it.
