Lily Rain alphag build-needs help ~

Right.

Planning to build a Lily Rain to alpha with brain. FLY at 28 (breakpoint?) and TEC at 27 are pretty much all I need.

No Accel-Roll or that stuff because I can't afford to grab timed carts while playing time is inconsistent.

I might suggest a better arm than Misside AM, Handy Bazooka alone does fine. High Boost Alpha tunes should be converted to Beta tunes considering your str is already negative.
