He's the fastest Air bot ingame when his booster is intact. Being an L air, he doesn't have too much weapon choice, but you could equip a Stardust Cannon on him, it should work fine. Stardust Cannon can be obtained from Super UC Gara or Haku. Be sure to purge when you run out of boost.
