Ya tho I agree its much easier to use wmp and you can mix up your music, instead of changeing the music files.

Depends on what I've been listening to. If I've been listening to a lot of badass music, I'll generally listen to that. I like fast music, so generally I'm listening to a Nightcore'd version of music while I play in Arena. If it's in Arcantus, I switch music often, generally not something as fast.
If I haven't found any pleasing music/am bored of what I'm listening to, I'll probably pick up some podcasts, TotalBiscuit Mailbox's, or something similar.
