Cetusion SDC build?

his cart and tgh sucks, but he has good basic tec and fly
need opinion, I rarely use WB (I'm just stupid that didn't realize when WB gauge is full), and WB have short time with 40 tec 1 str bounce

Use another core
He has a high base tgh but low capa, hp, and tgh

Here's a good cartridge build if you intend to use the Cetusion with the same parts:

Capacity x4
Quick boost- For faster recoveries after flying and float dashing.
Quick jump- To ascend faster.
Tough wonder bit- Extra effective since stardust cannon gathers a lot of multi-lock damage.
Float dash- You can use the stardust cannon while float dashing to provide a horizontal attack capability without losing mobility.
Quick land- Makes Float Dashing more effective.
Stealth system- So enemies don't gang up on me as much.

With 130 spare capacity for tuning.

I didn't install Moving Burst because unlike bullet weapons, lasers only shoot exactly in the direction of the nozzle.
because of that, firing two lasers at the same time causes them to fire in a flanking fashion. automatically leaving a gap where your intended target would be. The gap is large enough to cover S and some M-sized units.
