Error while downloading updates

Happened today when I tried to start the CB launcher. It says "Error while downloading updates." and my computer pop up a message saying "Failed to download update. If this happens repeatably, the server may be over crowded. If this is the case, please try again later." and I've done so 6 or 7 times already and the bar thing usually stops at 1% then the computer message pops up. Help pls?

Do what the launcher says. Wait.

The patch servers were down recently, you see, and people might be trying to patch their clients. So, wait up! Also, try to patch at off-peak times, like at morning. It doesn't take that long for CB patches, anyway, at maybe ten minutes maximum, so take a moment to patch it up.
