Chance to freeze opponent: Encases opponent in ice until damage breaks it or if you leave it there long enough.

Chance to freeze depends on freeze stat vs opponent's ice resist.

Will freeze enemy by chance and as long as they accumulated enough freeze value. Stability is the stat to prevent recoils from weapon. Some weapon require high stability to continuous firing the whole clip, recoil will cancels your firing making you having to click again thus lowering your dps. This kind of recoil doesn't stack with weapon that does natural recoil like railguns etc.

I thought if you have enough stability you can counter Railgun (Saggittary Maxis) recoil.
