Mouse Menue Freeze

Hi everyone, I have this weird bug that occurs very often now since the update 2 weeks ago... (Update 31.01.2013)

For example, when leaving garage, shop or even a battle, the mouse still remains in the middle of the screen in the shape it has during the menue or score screen. (This also often happens randomly even while being idle or just running around and such, not leaving/entering anything, in that case the mouse shape doesnt change but the bug behaviour is the same)
While this bug is there, I cant enter Garage, open chat, send radio messages, open shop or even open arena anymore, but I still can move around and attack and such.
This usually lasts like 20 up to 40 seconds then and then the mouse disappears and I can open chat and such again.

This is especially ugly during arena, while opening my chat after I died. After I respawned with a new bot, but my chat is still open and I'm trying to type something in, everything disables.
The Chat is open, but I cant type in anything, and I cant close it and I even cant move anymore and have to wait defenseless till the bug disappears.

When I'm in Garage/Shop and so on and this bug randomly occurs, I cant click anything anymore until it disappears.

Or before I enter Arena during the bug occurs (it also can occur just like this randomly while being idle) I cant enter arena even the counter reaches 0, everyone gets ported to arena but I have to wait till the bug is over and I get ported to arena... but its not lag as I explain later. (Especially because I see everyone move normally who's still in the area during the time where the counter is 0)

During arena also when the bug appears, I cant send and cant get radio messages.
The weird thing is, I HEAR the beep sound whenever someone enters a radio message, but all the actual textes and soundfile-texts appear alltoghether after the bug vanishes.

Combat, hitting enemies etc during the bug works fine as well, so it cant be lag.

I tried so many things, minimizing the window, changing the window with windows-button or ALT+TAB or ingame ALT+leftclick, but whatever I do, nothing makes the bug go away earlier but I have to wait like 20 or 40 seconds till it disappears...

Am only I having this bug or has someone experiences with it to share allready? (I searched the forum but found nothing)

Horrible UI lag, everyones getting it.

How? What did CS do? lol...
I mean
I even have 16 GB ram and such,
Game is on XL
and it still has that gay UI lag o.O?
But the weird thing about that UI lag is, that it is different than the one that I usually had on my old laptop months ago... (there the UI lag made everything, even the background screen and the mouse and sounds freeze, but now only the buttons get disabled and such...)

It's a problem on the server side, nothing wrong with your PC or something.

It may have been something on an item or so.
Some claims some of their accounts aren't affected on the lag.

It's probably due to some item, RO or stuff.

UI lag for sure. It only got really bad since the mecha gara i think. Previously it was still somewhat bearable.

It was non-existent for me before the mecha gara.
Hopefully CyberShit fixes this problem soon; otherwise, they'd be losing players and potential money bags.

This shit makes bazaar unbearable.. which is the only time that I notice it.

I don't run around and look at everyone's physical shop. I sit in the corner and hit Esc and view shops through the Area player list. (Which makes it very convenient. The people that have just entered the zone will be at the bottom of the list and the people that have been AFK all day will be at the top.)

After exiting one shop, it takes about three to four seconds before I can scroll the player list up or down or enter another shop. I didn't even fuck with the most recent bazaar. It's intensely frustrating to try to view all the shops with this new UI lag feature.
