Which part? I use paint.sai when I make skins, so it's easier to get all sorts of colors and draw. Most people use Gimp, which is just as good. I just look for the colors that seem right. Unless if you meant the hair. There's a Rinka Lynx that comes with White/Grayish hair, so that was what I was leaning towards.

The brightest shade in the eyes but I'm pretty sure you already answered my question. I use the in-game paint when making anything.

It is possible to do it, but it would probably be a little harder. I can't say much, because I don't use ingame paint. I used to, but ever since HD came out, I stopped. You might just need to get a shade similar to the black eye lashes, and then slowly make that shade brighter the brighter, until you each the center of the eyes, then go in reverse, to even out the other side.

when i try to my Rinka it can't change. there's a note that say "the image is not in palette format" can somebody help me?

^ switch the palette to full colour mode first, then apply the skin
