(Possible) PS breaker

since i had a blitz lying around with no use
and a geograsis F-type core aswell
i decided to mix these two into a ps breaker wannabe
this being the build

keep in mind that these parts were not meant to be exactly for the build
they were already tuned for other bots
i think the stats are ok, never played air much though...
also, WHAT TO FREAKING TUNE ON BLITZ

Tune a generic force tune on the blitz, try to get to 40 tec if you can.

In terms of parts with raw FLY/TEC stats, this is what I personally prefer.

HD: Sword Wing HD2, Greinaut HD2, Cross Raptor HD, Mach Knight HD2, Vanguard HD
AM: Air Raider AM, Accel Saber AM
BS: Tengu BS (Definitely try get this, instant max altitude is additively awesome), Balteon BS, Geo BS2
LG: Thoarla LG (extra BS is always nice, especially for a monster like GeoF), Crimrose LG, Geo LG2

Now, the great thing about making a bot like this is that it doesn't solely have to be a PS breaker bot, you can easily tune it towards a perfectly viable arena bot and Blitz Blaster is actually quite a viable arena weapon as well. Aside from a regular Force tune (must have), you can consider adding Paralyse tune on there too for extra trolling when you want to shoot people rather than PS. You can always replace it with a Stardust Cannon or the entire arm with Thoarla AM3 if you wish for more conventional arena builds when you aren't breaking PSs.

As for everything else, if you are going with Tengu BS, don't bother with Quick Jump. No need to be stingy with cost and level when making a PS breaker bot, feel free to go all out. If you want to aim for 40tec38fly (which you should), don't bother keeping str above 1, you won't need the bit for whatever you are going to be doing. Propeller Bit is nice but not an absolute necessity, or at least, not worth losing that delicious 40 tec. Cart-wise, Quick Boost and all cap+ should be compulsory, take any of the movement carts (Short Boost/Float Dash) in conjunction with Quick Land, and then Stun Regain.

adds one force to the weapon, which means it adds one force to each of the 9 blaster beams.

Do the math and you'll figure out why pretty quickly.

With one force tune: 9 * 1.03 = 10 force (rounds up from 9.27) for +10 cost

With three force tunes: 9 * 1.09 = 10 force (rounds up from 9.81) for +30 cost

You're adding two tunes and 20 cost, and eating two slots, for zero benefit.
