No, Seraph Wings lasts about three seconds. It lasts as long as the SUP Boost Gauge and requires one second to activate. Basically giving you 3 seconds of 40 FLY. Pretty useless imo, unless you're desperately trying to escape.
The EVE Cannon's melee attack strikes twice, then fires a charged shot from the cannon. I haven't tested, but I assume each does base damage. The Sword function has 16 Force. EVE-chan has 14TEC/12WLK/17FLY. Seraph Crim-chan has 12TEC/18FLY. If the Lily EVE HD is broken, you cannot switch weapons until the part is restored.
Seraph Crim-chan's Tumble can also function as a miniature Seraph Tackle.
EVE-chan's cannon only features Lv1 and Lv2 Focus Lock functions. Long range and speed, as well as improved ammo capacity. Shitty force, decent for a chibi.

Actually, Ion-chan's Water Bazooka does get stronger with each EIW. The force goes 5/7/9/11/13.
For the most part, Seraph Crim-chan is to Crim-chan as Seraph Crim is to Crim. If you're going to use a Crim, you might as well go Seraph. Seraph Crim-chan's wings and tackle really aren't that great (wing duration too low, tackle can lead to trip), but it's not like Crim-chan has anything better. Also, Seraph Crim-chan gets Broad Radar. 'A'd
Kind of a bummer that EVE's Cannon gets nothing from EIW, but it's still an amazing chibi weapon. Outstanding range, great speed, unlimited ammo, and a decent melee attack on top of that. The charge shot does no damage (as GoF pointed out), so stop the melee combo before it goes into Tumble.

I tried with EIW, the timing stays the same, FYI, 3 sec is small and wrong.
The stats are non-improved, you must have use AC / Weapon / Tune on your chibi.
Most detail and research I did, are already there. ( check carefully )

I want to know wether EVE shot's damage is fixed damage or what. Otherwise, I might try and tune it for force (no real need for range. It's already got 300 of it. Plus your Long Range circle.) and give TEC tunes to the rest of the parts. Hopefully it can at least be as powerful as a hand gun or cutter.

Wait for the next patch, I'm sure they will fix most of the bugs. ( and the melee that can hit player )
