I think vulture BS is 64x64 pixel (small type)

@Hyoka: im not going to completely making the vulture wing transparent. and why not? i saw a seraph make her wings transparent i just want to know.

@Sakage i tried 64x64 but still doesn't match maybe it.s the type of image my transparent image is png.

I have been checked, vulture BS was 64x64 pixels.

If you still can not read it, and not only think that you are using more colors than 16 colors in your PNG image provided.
There are more than 16 colors, please try to rebuild the image files in Indexed Color mode to reduce the color.

Summer Seraph Crimrose's wings are already transparent.

Edit: Look, if you don't understand it yet:

THERE IS NO WAY TO MAKE ANYTHING TRANSPARENT WITH SKINS

you can shrink a head into nothing with polygon edit

but things like arms/wings/bds cannot be transparent
