| She might appear in a Weekly Garapon later down the road. As for right now, she cannot. | |

| If you're a novice player or a newbie (noob is somewhat derogatory ), then you don't want to get an Ouka. She requires great skill to play with which means she is very very difficult to use. She's pretty fun to play if you tune her to 40WLK 18FLY (fastest boost run tier speed) as running around at that speed is oh so addicting. - Information Unrelated:
All Ouka novice's look up to at player called Fia, she is a Taiwanese girl who is subject to constant stalking by admirers, people who call themselves "Fia Hunters" and not to mention haters. She is somewhat treated like a princess/goddess in CosmicBreak because of her famed skill of using Ouka effectively in battle. Unbeknownst to most people though, Fia isn't the God Tier Ouka player people revere her as, she is just another good player and plays a pleothera of bots effectively and achieves great results most of the time in PVP.
The Ouka novice's are called "Fia fans" or "Fia wannabes", or in xz's words and terms "a free frag". Most of them have Imitation Fia builds which are not exact replicas, however most of them will have some of the following similarities or maybe all of them.
- 40WLK + 18FLY + Boost Run Cartridge - Sway or no Boost Cartridge - Stealth System - Black Layer Ribbon or Silver Headphones - Berry Earrings or a Cape - Cat Tail LGJ or Ninetales LGJ - Accel Saber BS, Katana Max BS or any other good BS for LNDs. - Slow Tunes on Ouraikiri - Capacity tunes, rarely. - A unique skin to go with it - A Fia Fan Flag BSJ - Low TGH - High STR
To play Ouka you need to think like a real ninja/samurai and to do that I suggest taking some Ninjutsu classes, watch Ninja based anime, read Ninja based manga or do your research. Have a look at how people wield their katana, and how a katana is used. While this sounds a bit too serious to be true and a bit weird. It actually pays off in the end, you need to think fast, move fast, attack fast, and dodge as fast as the wind.
As you can see from my explanation, a Katana is a speed based weapon, not a strength based weapon where you can just brute force everything. A katana must be wielded with speed, precision and grace. A samurai who goes into battle often comes out alive with minmal energy loss, which means he is not tired, and he is ready to re-enter the battlefield without any rest. A samurai who uses brute strength tires very quickly and will often die in the middle of the battlefield. Which brings me to summarise this paragraph.
"A Samurai never gets tired, he who gets tired is doing it wrong"
The exact same concepts can be applied when playing Ouka, she needs to move as fast as the wind, her attacks must have speed, precision and grace. If we use HP as the gauge of energy left in Ouka, we can determine if you have done something right or wrong.
A samurai does not directly engage with the enemy as this would result in a massive energy loss and he will tire easily. This means you should not directly engage the enemy, rather you should take your time, look at your surroundings and find bite sized targets that you are able to handle. If a sizable enemy force or an individual you are not able to destroy is trying to kill you, run and retreat back to your allies.
This brings be to the conclusion, Ouka requires a great deal of skill, concentration and experience to play. If you ever get one, save her until you are experienced with melee bots
