| On CBEN both 1st and 2nd channel is same for me: 190~ms.
I also tried to ping only EU channel (62.115.225.20:23457), but the server doesn't seems to responding to ping request.

|  Not bad from a location which is about 15k Kilometres away from US. But, I'm not used to use this internet program before until the derpy ISP switched it without proper announcement. And yet stole my 2 months worth payment without any remorse when I tried to use the call center. My prior service has 5 times speed than this. Sigh. Kay, time to buy another service... | |

Aside from location factor (I live in a semi-isolated location, far from the crowd), the provider itself is very unstable. When it goes fast, can break below 100 ms. When it goes derp, it can break above 1k ms. The pain of having high price and questionable service provider. Trying my best not to use melee and potentially lag-abusing tricks. | |

Please do note that there isn't single server for specific region, every channel has different IP (at least EN does, don't know about TW or JP), but they're mostly linked to same machine. | |
