I dunno how the rate is in other countries, but here in VN, it's insane, for an easiest compare:
300k VND = 3000 @Cash
-->1,250,000 = 100RT

Via mobile: 30k VND = 16RT, 300k VND = 160RT
Via charge: 10$ ~ 210k VND = 100RT.

Now unless this is typo, or else, te rate is insane.
