Melee Seraphs

So I've been thinking... Everyone uses ABR/LPG + Mini 'zook on their Seraph, right?

And barely anyone plays melee AIRs. So I had an idea: MELEE SERAPHS.

But there's one problem: How exactly would one do this? Embarassed

Usually with reaper's scythe. Most common setups I've seen are buckler+scythe or crim am2+scythe

I've posted pics of the build multiple times already, so I'm not going to bother elaborating beyond that.

Typical air melee options (Air Slasher, Adone LG, Crim AM4, etc) also apply of course.

A half-lol, half-serious build I made up, reflecting my desire to go completely against the existing conventions and make a TGH/Stun Regain Seraph and a clannie's random suggestion to make a melee seraph. #em3

Needs some reworking though, since there is that limitation of 10 EX Tunes per bot. I don't know for sure if Air Slasher is a kuso weapon or not, but since it does inflict Blast damage it fulfills the AA area nicely in lieu of the standard Minizook. Plus it also shuts down any non-Slow tuned Frau LG based on my experience fielding an untuned version of this in the Lv5 rooms.

Feel free to use my troll build that actually works :

2 internal, stun regain, rest in capa.

try to go for 40 str, and just spam seraph tackle all day. if possible, get 40 tgh too (yes you can be a flying brick). Fly wont be needed, you got wings.

Yep, you don't aim for kills, you aim for contrib.

But as I said, it's a trollbuild that works.

If you're going to use scythe, you will spam seraph tackle too anyway.

Cuz Jikun doesn't have seraph tackle invuln, anti-homing, wing speed, and requires tune to actually make it to the battlefield unscathed. Also, weaksauce melee.

Problem with Air slasher is that whenever the Air Blast it sends hits you, it does 1 damage to yourself. Over time, this accumalates and you will eventually run low on HP. Its a good weapon but this glitch makes it somewhat hard to use.
Or you could use it for Suicide rush melee but that position has already been taken by Vanguard.

Uh, that isn't a glitch, that's always applied to every weapon with splash in the entire game.

Main deal would be the weapon. Depending on your resources and playstyle. I guess these options would suffice.
