Remove the BSJ, remove the AM's, and get a booster and legs with slots.

I suggest using Wing AMJ's if you don't tune. Use those and some regular AM's such as Mach Knight AM's, Tentrion AM's, Ghost Raider AM's, Lily Rain AM's, or Crimrose AM's. Lazflamme LG's give another booster slot for more stats.

Use any booster that gives fly at low cost:stat ratio. Find the ratio by dividing the cost by the amount of fly. Use that railgun and a handy bazooka for weapons.

my suggestion -
get a 3s leg and tune some capa tunes on it

lose the wing bsj

you have float dash to fly not to run around
you don't need walk

my lily has 6 walk and it does fine
need MORE fly! oh and a bit more tgh too...

14 TGH is fine for a S art. I'd honestly say to leave tgh alone on her.


Tuning capa not only costs a large portion of the capa you gain, it lowers tgh quite a bit. You'll see once you replace the AM's/BSJ you'll have plenty of capa. You still need to get the last capa cart, and for your 10th cart, I'd suggest quick boost.

My recommended partlist is: assuming your not going to tune heavily:

Wing AMJ's
Mach Knight AM
Laz LG
BS with good stat:cost ratio (sorry I'm not familiar with my art boosters. I normally use Amateus BS's.
Railgun
Handy Zooka

As for the limited amount of tuning you allow for: I suggest doing High Boost Alpha's on any slots you have until you reach around 26-30 FLY. I tend to tune plain Boost tunes on bots like Lily, as it's easy on materials as you'll probably fail some. If you have the capa left over afterwards, consider tuning your weapons.

Great Rapid Alpha, Great Rapid beta, High Shooter on handy is suggested. Bump those down to high tunes if there's lack of capa, or down to plain Rapid if capa is really that tight. As for the railgun, I'm not familiar. I heard to normally tune range, or force. Not sure.

why the breaker?

change it to a bazooka,1 sniping weapon is enough.

Too slow,needs more fly,try to reduce cost if possible.

get blast guard if you constantly getpwnt by other art's

you should use

dual railgun
or railgun - buckler
focus more FLY for Lily is better

1100 cost with that stat and weapons is unacceptable

this is something i made in a few seconds in cosmic calc
for an extra 30 cost, this is a much better build
(sorry, but you are gonna have to switch some parts if you are all UC.)

float dash isn't needed when you're in the back sniping
