Best way to get rank points?

I know it's missions, but which missions on which difficulties are best?

Hard with Competent team or VH/M/Extreme for gurrenteed 200 ranking points regardless of how bad you do (apart from running out of BP and dying)

Gigan/Starcluster are the only good rank points for missions.

You still need to do well on hard to get the full 200 though; just had to carry some brd star rank from...winterwing or lumina, I forget. Even though I was getting Break kills all the time, he usually wasn't even getting "good" kills. Ended only getting 171 points. ):

I'm thinking Gigan V.Hard is probably the best, should give you more of a safety net point-wise.

Black Gangoot from Starcluster is buttmad on anything harder than hard difficulty.

Well, it's not that hard if it was the only thing you were concentrating on, but the ground floor pirates get...annoying.

Gigan on hard. It's quick and easy. You can even solo it by yourself.
