Seraph Crimrose Enhance Internal Cartridge?

So I noticed that Seraph Crim has two enhance internals, and was wondering if there was any difference between them besides cost? Does the one with higher cost increase stat more?

Internal core enhancement DOES NOT change your stats at all (aside from taking some capa)

wings get 1 extra ammo and +3 flight time or something.

Internals for Seraph give:

+1 Seraph Wing ammo (1 -> 2 -> 3)
+4 seconds wing duration (25s -> 29s -> 33s)

+2 Seraph Tackle force (21 -> 23 -> 25)
+5 Seraph Tackle range (50 -> 55 -> 60)

Zero difference between the internal carts themselves, aside from cost and level acquired.
