Does Jikun Hu and Jikun Long's internal cartridge increase their kicking power?

No, only the W-Tackle's overall capabilities and ammo.

and ammo... i thought it was unlimited ammo: you can still use it at 0 ammo left xD

Force, range, and speed.
The ammo is only for the homing tackle.

The ammo is only for the homing tackle.

Note:ammo will drain only when you warp tackle(which you can do on the ground) to save ammo (& juggle artillery units)you can jump,then tackle.
