Who is that character

While looking over information about Heros vs CS, I looked at the calander of planned events and saw more images were put on the background. I see they put a different ivis picture at the bottom right and the new winberl at the bottom left but who is the girl at the top left? Sorry if someone else already answered it in a different topic
