Trouble downloading HEEELLPPP urgently needed

i just got my new comp windows 7 and everytime i try to download the game, some time or another(maybe 10 mins after or an hour after) it always goes "Unable to download Operation timed out" and when i say always i mean ALWAYS .... can someone help me identify the problem and give me a solution, ill give information needed.... i can get back to playing like this.... PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!

... download manager very helpful except for the CB download, more than 30 minutes now its stayed at only 40% and going at a speed of 0B/s... aaaand nothings quite happening, i tried redownloading, but its still the same it hasnt progressed ever since and im waiting right now

Should be trouble at your side.

I did re-download the client and finished it after 10 minutes.
