The big purple button at the site (See link i posted earlier)
Is the download button, it's pretty obvious what to click after that even if you don't understand japanese

Register the same way like in EN... and then download its client... install... go through the Union Selection, STarter Robot, early Tutorials...

then either...

CHARGE RT / GRIND UC
