also, "FLYNETWORK is a system for Japan. You are requested to refrain from connection from foreign countries.", so yeah.
but IP connection works just fine using hamachi.
just in case, to use IP connection with hamachi/logmein:
make sure your hamachi/logmein room is properly set up and you can connect with each other (ping and such).
from the network menu, choose the IP connection menu.
there, someone needs to host by selecting the ホスト option and start listening (set some ID name and choose the bottom selection), then, others connects to the host by selecting the クライアント option and entering the host's address number as seen on the hamachi/logmein room.
edit: note that your framerate will be brought down depending on the ping of your peers, and everyone will use that same framerate which is based on the worst connection of any one client to the host.
