| C21 announcement is quite ambiguous in how to retrieve said prize for the first rank-up. And the relevant posts in both forums suggest the same.
Or are they not shipping out until CBT ends? | |

| Not shippin' till CBT ends since people have till the end to get past rookie rank... My guess is they send the code to email and you put it in at the counter in central to get it. | |

| Just yesterday, I finished the "Perfect Soldier" mission I ranked up I guess (the smiley face changed) I logged into CBEN I got lotto cube I opened lotto cube I get: PAWNGER ITS NOT SILVER!!  So, they send the email right after rank up? or do I have to wait for sumting? anyone got it yet? | |
