You can play as him in the transformation event, I have. He is bad.
He has like 2800 Hp, a laser with infinite ammo, a 2 hit sword combo, a teleport + sword slash, and a lightning bolt (that never hits). His damage is terrible, and I had better damage as a normal robot.

Actually, I always thought the reason was the leaders. I mean, DOS has the voice of Solid Snake and WIZ has the voice of Lacus Clyne from Gundam SEED and Maria from Hayate the Combat Butler. Who does BRD have? The guy who voiced Ky Kiske from Guilty Gear and Dororo from Sgt. Keroro? I mean, Ky Kiske isn't popular because he's too goody-goody and Dororo tends to be forgotten even by his own show.
