Actions Help?

I was thinking how can you all use other move like, blazing out haku staff, use other command in arena. and sometimes, your bots even talk.

You mean activating the Kamui Staff? Certain weapons [like said staff] have an activation effect when used, and then you attack normally.

As for talking in the arena, your bots say something when you're stunned or you destroy something, whether it be an item or an enemy player. Or were those Radio Commands?

right, i have some problem how can anybody else activating the haku staff.
and actually, i don't ask about talking in the arena, sometimes i hears the certain bots talk around the union area and central area, like ouka and some other bots also. and about talking in the arena it's yes, a radio command. Sometimes other people have other radio command that wasn't in my list. and i am sure it was not a custom made like #rc00 and so on.
