Shino or Accel Saber

Which ones better?

depends on how you're gonna use em, really.

if you're going for melee, let's say using squealer build, i'd say Shino.
I use mine with 2 tuned Squealer arms (+ Viper Shields) + Shino LG combo~ so it's like~ Punch, Punch, Leg Spins!!! the LGs do damage to everyone surrounding you, including the ones behind. Perfect for harassing ppl who are healing (watch out for berrls and bugsies)
and the Shino LG gives you another slot for a BS (so you have 2 boosters nao, yay!), i recommend sth with high STR (like Katana Max BS) or sth with high TGH.
Shino has nice carts too, like those reduce damage carts, boost run, and my favorite, stun regain.
and it has better stats than Red Squealer itself.

as for Saber. .
i think it sucks with melee compared to other M-sized bots. .
so i have no other idea how to build it aside from. . .hop? hop? hop?

Shino if you want to use Eight Vulcans or if you want to use any sort of melee, otherwise, AccelSaber.

I'm gonna use either of them as a melee gunner btw.

Get an Accel Saber for that purpose then. Its much cheaper to buy, you can get 2 heads on it ,meaning more stats and better still, 2 pairs of accessories for even more stats.

Accel Saber - most common land hopper/gunner build in game
Arms and Bd give huge stat boosts in Tec.
2 of those Fitzgerag whatever heads. It's that dinosaur with the horn.
1 small size land pair of legs - try crabbaroid or parawhatever legs
2 bazookas or grenades.
Get Short Boost cart.
Do whatever you want with the rest of it.

Shino since I'm biased like that.

Bought Accel.

Now, the next question is what stuff should I equip on him.

Domiclown AM2 (the card thing,they say it's a good hopper weapon)
Mini zooka
Destructor HD

Oh and how do you get a Fiz HD?

Get shield or lancerlot AM since the card will do enough damage for you. Or if you really need bazooka, stick with the L sized one called "Bazooka" (duh).

Change the legs to something shorter, Accel's LG is too big and costly for its usefulness.

Fiz HD = Fizalivan HD, check the shop.

Dual (device or otherwise) breakers (or a nice rifle rifle), dual pterano HD and dual rifle bit.

There's your stun.

And her BD is tiny with awesome stats. I know I already said she's tiny once, but really...

All I see in the shop is mini and large.

EDIT: Wait, have Large Bazookas always been in the shop? I don't remember seeing them before.

I like shino simply because of the stats. Plus I love using Eight Vulcan with her. She does come with quick boost also, if you prefer using boost run. Also, her body can actually be pretty small and unlike accel saber... she's pretty easy on the eyes.

My vote is Shino.
