had to use a pixel art version of the logo


to slap it onto the flag, go to PAINT, import image, then select this file.

It won't load as a jpeg, and when I tried to add it as a png, it gave me a 'not a palette' error...am I doing something wrong? *shrug*

Got it converted to a palette, but am now getting a 'number of palette colors is invalid' error...Microsoft Photo Editor has no option to convert it any further, and dunno what to do next....

I'm told to ask you for the 'cs file', whatever that means....

You can use Gimp to change the mode to indexed and change the maximum number of colors in the palette to 16 (the max CB will let you use) though it kinda glithces and pictures come out crappy when you import... i had to fix the shino picture BIG TIME D:

Its free but a somewhat pain in the butt program to use... at least for me ._. but yeah it works lol...

they are already pallet corected, you just might need to adjust the color selection to get it to look right.
