quick swim

is it worth getting quick swim? I am trying to make a hopper swim suit misty

No. You mobility is still severely impaired when in water (no Short Boost, no dash/Sway, still have lag when you trying to jump out of water), you simply move at normal walking speed in water and the lag time before you are able to jump out of the water is reduced.

Quick Swim contributes absolutely nothing to hopping.
