Anyway, found the reason, asura AM and the LG(any tall LG, not only RS)

Like I said, it's the legs. When the legs move up, your center of gravity is moved further from the ground, effectively making your jump higher.

Basic physics at work.

Side note the effect is probably amazing with Pacifar LG if the legs fold up fast enough.

The LG itself wont work, it requires Asusa AM too.
