How to use a downloaded skin!?

I Dont know what to do >.<
I downloaded a skin from someone and it was a RAR file
I dont know how to make it PNG or sumthing or just how to put it in the game for my Robot D:

RAR file is an archive...
open it using something like 7zip.

then go to the polygon tab in CB paint.

then look for the open button and just load it up.
