I want to make a parts spreadsheet, maybe if you're Koi or the creator of cosmicalc you can help.

I'm 90% certain the parts.kar is the list of parts available ingame and I need to extract that in a comprehensible format to upload to excel. CosmiCalc is lacking a lot of parts, a lot of tools and utility -- it's basic at best. I tried opening it in notepad and obviously it shows up in korean with numbers in odd places. I realize I'll need to translate them later on. I'd be willing to share the excel spreadsheet with the community if I can get help on how to extract the parts list.
