sorry this is the 1st time I wanna download skins.

so I downloaded it, extracted the skins, and changed them into .cs2
but then the game won't load it and say it's invalid format.

You need to change the part to BD. And don't change the format to .cs2, leave it as it is and use "import", rather than load.
